LB on loan until jan please, and maybe a LM to compete with Cox.

Striker to replace murray if he is disinterested. But Forster and Dickinson should be good.

Thornhill is right footed?

LB on loan until december not a bad shout....or dare I say Matt Richards...still available on a free...Orient didn't sign him after a trial.

I agree, Matt Richards would be a great signing, even if it only on a short-term deal, he is a good left back at this level, especially on a free transfer, even if he is only as cover for McNulty, i would definately prefer him to Livermore or El-Abd at LB

Matt Richards was utter shit, he got ripped apart week in week out by the opposition wingers.
Borrowdale is someone I would take back though.

Firstly its keep your FEET on the ground and secondly stop being a miserable prick.

Pre-season is all about hope it's one of the best times of the year. Also the players we have signed are better than average. Fraser was average, Dicker is good. Loft was average Wright is good. Smith and Dickinson are quality as is Matt Thornhill plus there will be more to come. So cheer up we may not go up but Slade is building a team and a club that is what is getting people exited.

Whing, El Abd or Livermore... all fine in my book until Jimmy McNulty is fully fit.

Possibly Cook could break through as R.back cover - Whing could play left until Jimmy is fit.

Cook looked quite capable - it would be nice to see another home grown break into the first team.

(virgo and hart can also play RB)

i have to admit i was not a fan of "give it away richards", however if rs were to sign him i'd try hard to not knock him purely down to the fact i have every faith in the mighty shiny headed one.

Borrowdale please!!!

I thought he was pretty sound defensively and had a decent free-kick on him too. I guessing he's probably not going to be in the QPR team, so a 3 month loan would be ideal.

Am i the only person that stil wants kuipers to be our first choice?

Unless you watched Smith play regularly for his previous club I can't believe you can have any strong opinion on who is the better keeper. The only thing we can base a decision on at this stage is the fact that Slade clearly spent a decent amount of money on him as a replacement rather than a bench warmer. And a few meaningless friendlies of course!

Have to keep Michel in goal for the start of the season,at least. Then more than half the first team know each other!Probably the only one with enough guts to tell Dickinson when he's playing crap:clap:
