Anything less than full strength and I wont understand it at all and to be honest will be totally and utterly pissed off. We are a championship side and championship sides aren't in this cup to make up the numbers or get a glamour tie away at a prem team for a 'Good day out'. We have a REAL chance of progressing against two beatable prem teams, it wont be easy but we need to go out with a full strength team.

Money wise it's very lucrative aswell as others have said. It's my belief that we seriously wont get a better chance of a wembley visit in this comp for many many many years.

Prem teams rest half the team we shouldn't be, this should be down as one of our main objectives now, certainly at this stage of the comp.

Seize the moment Oscar!

If Oscar does not pick the best/strongest starting 11 possible and have a proper go at Hull I won't forgive him

100% agreed.
Ulloa and Ince MUST, repeat MUST, play.
Please don't let the fans down Oscar. The FA Cup is VERY, VERY important.

I am happy with where we are in the league, don't expect promotion - certainly won't criticise Oscar if we don't get it. Not a massive Oscar fan yet, but certainly not anti-him in any way, shape or form. He is finding his feet here and the early signs are encouraging. So far so good. All looks positive.

Would rather we were a little less direct at times and think we leave Ulloa too isolated, but pleased to see March, Ince et al coming through and Oscar has coped well with the injuries and now has more attacking options than before so we might see a more adventurous team.

As I said, I am happy enough, while not massively over-excited by everything.

But if we make a load of changes tonight and leave the likes of Ulloa, Upson, Kuszczak and Ince on the bench, I'll be proper miffed.

Is this because you have your "We miss you Gus" banner already prepared?

LoL! I'm trying to find the nearest shop I can buy a gun. Do you think I can get it past the stewards!? :)

There really are a lot of pre-modonnas about. The cup isn't as important as the league so we'll probably see a weaker side so as not to risk the players that can play a huge part in getting us in to the playoffs. Get over it.

Nothing to do with being a prima donna. I, and many others it seems, just put a higher priority on the FA cup than you do. And, of course, there's the club's finances to consider. IF Oscar picks a team similar to the one you are suggesting, THEN he has made a HUGE error of judgement IMHO.

Surely pushing to get into the playoffs and go up is worth a hell of a lot more than winning the FA Cup?

Not a question of being a prima donna.Simply as a professional club we should try to win every game we play and that means playing your best team.

Maybe I'm old fashioned but I like the idea that a club has a duty to the fans to put the best eleven available on the park for each game.

Team:

I would keep

17 Ward
38 Ince
03 Greer
20 Upson

and make seven changes to the starting XI.

It is, but you have to look at the relative odds of hitting the Prem via the play-offs versus getting to Wembley in the FA Cup semi's, and I really can't see how a professional footballer will struggle with Tue-Mon-Sat games, so full strength team (or close to it) tonight for me.

Exactly. Why can't we just pick our best team for this game AND the next league game?

Why is it an error in judgement? Because we might not win? It's similar to the team that played brilliantly against Reading in the cup so why not give the fringe players a chance to shine in a contest that is considered to be of less importance than the league? I'd love it of we won the cup or got to Wembley but not at the expense of the league. And throwing a wobbly if we don't because we field a second XI is just a tad OTT
