I watched her in 'Wanted' over the weekend.

No-one warned me just how shite that film was going to be. Waste of Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy's talents. Perfect for Jolie's abilities though.

Not seen that one, so you could be right. I would normally watch a Morgan Freeman film just for his presence in it.

and I would challenge Di Caprio. These days, he features in some really quite good movies. Shutter Island and Inception are two cases in point.

Jason Statham - whoever told him he could act did the world a huge disfavour. Completely wooden, and lacking in Charisma in anything I've seen of his.

I understand the sentiment but I currently have an 8 week old baby with colic.

Jason Statham films are therefore BRILLIANT. After a prolonged bout of crying has finished I can effortlessly pick up the plot. Take Crank which was on the other night. If Statham's heart beat goes down, he dies. What more excuse do you need for car chases, taking the missus roughly from behind, drug taking and throwing villians out of planes before plumeting to your death? (er, spolier) I don't even think Death race had even that much plot and that's aying something.

Inception and Memento are off my viewing list at the moment.

Tom Cruise is a strange one for me. He's not a great actor and seems a slightly unconvincing human being but he's a safe-ish pair of hands and you know what you're going to get. If you want a simple, unchallenging film that's mildly entertaining and will pass a couple of hours, Tom's your man. Born on the fourth of July, Rain Man, The Colour of Money, Mission Impossible, Interview with a Vampire, Minority Report, The Last Samurai, Valkyrie, Tropic Thunder are all watchable films. Plus Top Gun, Cocktail and Days of Thunder...come on they're brilliant in their own special ways!

Pierce Brosnan. Seems to absolutely adore himself, never a hair out of place. He was the least believable Bond of all time, Woody Allen would be a more convincing action hero.

Ben Affleck. Only films I have enjoyed of his were Good Will Hunting, Dogma, Paycheck and Sum of all Fears.
