Really hope the Canucks make it . We were in vancouver for the final game in 2011, when the Canucks lost to the Bruins. This game was held in Vancouver. The riots afterwards were terrible. Central Vancouver was wrecked by disappointed fans(??). Shops wrecked and looted, cars, including Police vehicles set on fire, general mayhem. To their eternal credit, the citizens of vancouver turned out in their thousands to clear up the mess and made it clear that this is not what Vancouver is really like, It's a lovely city and doesn't deserve a repeat.

2 game 7's last night and two series comebacks thwarted, Vegas eventually eased past Vancouver, all goals were in the third period. It took Dallas until overtime to finally beat Colorado and the two will meet in game 1 on Sunday.

If anyone has to win the East, then i'm happy its the Bolts. Even if it makes me feel better for them dumping the Bruins out.

To be fair, they dominated last season and fell apart in R1 of the playoffs, so fair play to them for getting further this season. I think the pressure being off has helped them.
