Worthing
The book alleges that she came back for more slap an' tickle....goes down as a "Treat 'Em Rough" commendation.

I heard the story that she was joining in with a bunch of Sweaties taking the piss out of him in a bar and when he wanted to leave with her she just carried on ripping into him and got arsey. Probably complete crap but......

They were in Paris and the bar was full of French people and England fans. I think it was the World Cup in France 1998.

Ulrika volunteered to serve drinks behind the bar and started flirting with many of the supporters. Stan tried to extract her from said role and lost his rag.

Apparently there were a bunch of media people with them - can't remember the names for the mo but can look at the book again - and Stan was forcibly requested to leave the establishment, but later re-entered and had to be restrained again - I think.

He walked away from football when he should've been at his peak. You can make exceptions for George Best, but not Collymore, so earning a living from a sport he clearly didnt love, or achieve potential in rankled.

Thats why I like Andy Gray, fit or unfit did anyone ever compete like he did..

He suffered/suffers from depression, this is why he quit.

How does Rio Ferdinand have the power to get Stan Sacked from talksport then?

So what if he 'guaranteed' Rooney would move. Hardly a sackable offence!

And if it has 'kicked off' with Rio on twitter again, so what, thats not gonna get him fired.

Please explain!?

The Bath Rugby boys gave him a bit of slap in Dublin a few years ago. I think he got his nose broken, and then tried to (unsuccessfully) acuse one of the players of racially abusing him.

Should have kicked the little sh*t all the way down O'Connell Street!

I have no idea if this is why he was sacked. I dunno what else Stan was writing on his Twitter, perhaps things got abusive between him and Ferdinand, perhaps Stan started slagging off Man U and they complained, who knows. It might all be totally unrelated.

One thing I do know is that Talksport are often fairly reticent when it comes to announcing why presenters have been sacked. I remember when Alan Brazil got the bullet for missing one too many breakfast shows after getting absolutely wankered the night before at Cheltenham. Kelvin Mackenzie sacked him, a new presenter was brought in for the breakfast show and slotted in, and not a word of it was mentioned on the station, it was like Brazil had ceased to exist.

Yes, he was brought back eventually.
But he HAS been sacked from that station, twice I think.

Basically, Ferdinand when referring to Collymores guarantee about Rooney joining City in January questioned what he knew about football when he had quit so early for a man that "is in love with football".

Collymore when on the station and responded by mentioning all Ferdinands misdemenours, like his sex video, drugs test, driving bans etc and said if Rio was "in love with football" he wouldnt have done all those!

So what, can't see him getting sacked for that. Fair points from him to be honest. Rio is a regular favourite on Guardian's said & done column. My fav highlighted him fronting an anti-gun campaign and then celebrating a goal by firing an imaginary rocket launcher.

Collymore is good value as a pundit, would be a shame if he does/did have to leave.

I think he also mentioned a few other things which havent been proven without the classic word 'alledgedly'

I cant believe the anti Collymore stuff here.

Its obvious that Shrek was gonna move to city but at the 11th hour he DID bottle it. No other way to put it.

Stan just said what most other supporters were thinking.

Curveylips then decided to have a pop at stan and all he did was retaliate like anyone else would. (Stan would kick 7 shades of shit out of him and rio knows it).

Curveylips and shrek are classic examples of why football in the country is going down the shitter.
Multiple drink driving and speeding bans, f***ing 17 year olds and filming it and missing drug tests means he is England captain material - Mmmm
Shrek like to f*** brasses when he has a beautiful wife but she is too stupid to dump him so he carrys on.
He now thinks he is worth £250k a week despite playing like shit and giving the worst performance in a England shirt I have ever seen.

What a pair of ***** and you guys are blaming Collymore

I doubt he's been sacked as they were plugging his show 'Call Collymore this Saturday blah blah blah' about 7.15 this morning. It was the official trailer not just brought up in conversation.
