The guy is, and always will be, an utter cock. Thankfully, enough people in the game think it too, so his opinion is likely to carry about as much weight as Nick Griffin's at Westminster.

Sadly Collymore has done an Alan Green, and disappeared up his own backside. Shame, because at one stage he had promise. This is just drivel, and being controversial for its own sake.

If you were for one moment taking it 'seriously', you'd point to the 50 games a season as being insane, and the fact that Stan has a big maths problem. Just by including all the 'dream' teams he mentioned when he raised this on the radio yesterday, you'd got to about 35 already.

When someone a bit better at arithmetic pointed out why not Prem Lg I and II with 16-18 teams each, he immediately agreed that would be better.

But whether you like it, or think it is the end of football as we know it, there will be huge pressure for no relegation from PL clubs very soon. Wankers.

25 teams in the Prem ? Doesn't EUFA want all the top leagues in Europe to only have 18 clubs to make things uniform ?
