Taking my team out to the Chinese Buffet place, company only offering £15 a head if you follow their procedures which cannot be arsed to do.

Were going for a f***ing RUBY!

Ive got nothing against Indian food but its not exactly CHRISTMAS food!

We dont get any budget for it either and infact seeing as some of us have to be there at 8am the next day were being 'encouraged' to not go 'overboard'!

I have told my staff there is absolutely nothing in the budget for any of that Christmas Party nonsense and they have to work right up to the last minute on Christmas Eve as well.


























Then I realised I was talking into the mirror as I'm my only employee. So I told the boss to sod off and will opt for a few varied but no doubt tasty ales at the 5 Bells West Chilts on Christmas Eve Lunchtime.
