Why doesn't the club have a democracy on what the ground be called. After all without the fans the club would cease to exist and without all the years of campaigning from the fans then we would definately not have a ground being built at falmer right now. We probably would not have a ground on the way at all. If there are enough disgruntled fans about the name then maybe something should be said to the club.

'The Community Stadium' is very happy-clappy isn't it. That really does sound a bit shit. Sounds like a local youth club.

I'll probably just know it by its sponsors name, whatever that might be. Can't see meself saying "I'm off to the Community Stadium for the game...". Thats proper rubbish.

I think Tony Bloom has the right to recoup some of the VAST outlay he has personally stumped up to get this thing built. Yes the campaigning by the fans was essential, but at the end of it all, without TB's cash, it'd just be a hole in the ground. He's got every right to sell the rights.
