I havent watched the game on TV but would hazard a guess that Malinga is still throwing. the ball at the batsmen and not getting called for a no ball. How he gets away with it I dont know as every ball comes from the right of his body level with his shoulder, like a round arm throw.

IF malinga is breaking any rules (which i don't actually think he is) then the rules should be CHANGED because he's brilliant the watch
