Maybe hang all the dead squirrels up around the eaves of your roof, to serve as a stark warning to them.

Either that, or put a sign up.

Our cat had a go at a small one yesterday and the squirrel ended up spread eagled on our garden wall, I was going to run out and whack it with a frying pan in the style of Vic Reeves but the bugger had shot off by the time I arrived out there!
