The list will be finalised when the transfer window closes, but a player can only wear one number in a season (unless the PL allow changes like they did so Ronaldo could have the 7 last season) so anyone in the squad for the Utd match will have that number for the whole season, unless they are sold or loaned out etc.

Numbers can be reused in a season, Andone and Mac Allister both used the number 10 shirt in the 19-20 season. So those numbers could be given to new signings if Maupay and Cucurella left.

I think Joel Veltman is a shoe in for the number 6 shirt myself. After all the old fashioned number 6 sweeper role is something he does very well.
