Yeah. I’m sure Shakhtar had lots of offers. Tottenham in their brand spanking new stadium is a much better offer than 10,000 at the Amex anyway.

Bit of a thicko take really isn’t it.

The real reason is because they signed Manor Solomon on a free from Shaktar as his contract expired. The CEO has been moaning to UEFA that clubs have been taking all their players for free because of the war, so Spurs offered them a friendly and all the ticket money as compensation.
