Have to say that last night's series which has now finished was one of the best that I have seen, if not the best.

Fantastic programme, can't wait for Series 9 which is already being planned for next year.

Yep have to agree. Was the best series on TV for a long time.

Will Harry be shipped off to Russia for a bit of torture? Reckon that is what the next series will be about, how to get Harry back. It was v good, makes a change from the dross the BBC usually churns out.

Will Harry live? Will anyone give a toss that he is gone? Who will take over as head of MI5?

The next series will need to answer these questions. I agree it will more then likely all be about trying to get him back. Expect to see covert operations major trade offs and lots of action. Cannot wait

There were times in this series where I felt I wasn't clever enough to always understand what was going on, it would become clear at the end of the episode but in the middle i'd just be thinking WTF..

when doing the terrorist or russie stuff very good, the City crash one was very poor and of course Brown £500 million bail out to the banks, made it look outdated.

A weak point for me is how the UK is saved by 4 or 5 staff,

the originals had a bigger team, looked more authentic.

How many times will a MI5 desk officer be an expert on dismantling bombs?

Clever ending last night, though the FSD office wasn't actually inconspicious.

I knew exactly where it was and the FSD staff will fit cosily around the lefties and bolshies of Newham council staff, when they start to move in next year.

Twist after twist after twist and you never know whats going to happen next (OK apart from most of the time)

Never watched it until last night. I found it quite exciting. At my age that is not good to be so just before bedtime.
