No would love to have been, such a great ground, one of my clients used to sponsor them so have had some lovely days up there, and consumed a few of Deans ice creams. Not sure about the new hotel etc but like Hove its about the long term future, especially as the ECB don't seem too fussed about the four day game.

So off to walk the dog around Stanmer now and hope we get a clatter of wickets in my absence.
