Sounds almost like you are admitting you're wrong
You've all bitten. WW is a good poster, puts across abstract points with good clarity and structure as well as giving people a talking point. He doesn't pointlessly troll (I know I'm guilty of this) but posts controversially as to incite conversation.

If thats the case its worrying that a right winger who is "a half decent full back"is playing that role far better than Bruno has been of late.

I agree with you. Sorry if my post was somewhat misleading. I was trying to make the point that it works both ways. Some people on here are quick to judge players without actually watching them properly and some are quick to judge people after they have done so. But my post was rather flippant.

Lopez has been playing really well in the last few weeks and showing what we thought he would be like when he signed. This threads just shows how ridiculous it is to write players off after only a few appearances, especially if they come from overseas and will take more time to adapt. The sad thing is that some people won't learn and if we sign Ulloa and he hasn't scored after 3 games, he will probably get the same stick.
It will be interesting to see what Poyet does when Bruno is fit and he has to choose between Bruno/Lopez at full back and then Lopez/Orlandi (and possibly Vicente) as creative midfielder. Options are definitely starting to look good!

Except for on form strikers, which has been our main problem all season.

Just cannot believe this post, MDL is probably the best buy we have made, he has cored two goals in pressurized situations, has switched position for the benefit of the team, does not give up even when clearly injured yesterday, played the ball that our midfield could not all game that made the second goal, is a dead ball specialist, is not a SICKNOTE just here for the payday. Probably the most skilful player on the pitch and has the experience that we need. Better than Bruno, better than Vicente how Poyet has not used him even more just don't know. The person who posted this mail surely is not watching the same guy that I am.
Is he quick? No.
Can he shoot? No.
Is he skillful? No.
Have we seen anything to suggest he's a dead ball specialist? No.
Is he physical?
Is there an end product? No.
Deadline day panic buy, and yet another waste of space in an overcrowded group of mediocre midfield players. His best spell in La Liga? The best part of 5 years ago now for a mid table side, before he soon became a fringe player.
