Should have put money down :nono:

That ray winstone (bet365) was offering 11/2 at half time for an England win. Thats how highly everyone rated Spain! Not in a million years did I think we'd beat them!

Really? Thought he was a winger/attacking midfielder whenever I've seen Villarreal, not particularly young either. If anyone I'd imagine it's Thiago Alcantara being dubbed Xavi's successor. (Who incidentally isn't even in the above squad, along with Pedro Rodriguez. Unbelievable. :lolol:)

You are exactly right on Cazorla. Thiago is probably my favourite young player around at the moment but he seems like he could be a slightly different player (more Iniesta than Xavi). I reckon Javi Martinez would have been the most like for like replacement for Xavi but Bielsa prefers playing him at the back for Athletic. Which for any other European team would be a waste but the way Spain use their centre backs to attack, he could fit in well.

You're both wrong, perhaps you are thinking of Segio Canales? Santi Cazorla plays for Malaga anyway...

I know he plays for Malaga. I think it's fair to say most will have seen him play for Villarreal if anyone, as that's where he's made his name/played most of his career. Anyway, I'll give it a read - cheers.
