Hopefully will get to see something on Saturday evening...fingers crossed.

Weve been lucky enough to visit NASA & Space X a few times when in Florida, I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. We were out there for the final night takeoff of the shuttle a few years ago, and had an amazing view of it from our pool down in Davenport!

This is an incredible view from Bakersfield, California, of the Falcon 9 launch - just stunning to watch (from about 2 mins in)

Me and my kids saw Juno launch back in 2011 as just happened to be on hols in Florida. It was indeed an amazing day.

There was quite a few (socially distanced) space watchers up on the Downs last night. Great view of the ISS going over but no SpaceX rocket of course. I was really hoping to go again for Satuerday's launch but it seems highly unlikely we'll see anything in daylight.

Newmarket.
SpaceX Starship SN4 Raptor engine static test doesn't go well.
Nobody onboard. Just a test.
I wonder what the families of the two guys scheduled for the upcoming launch are thinking?
Chocolate button time.

1hr 10mins to scheduled launch.

Weather could still go either way, but for now countdown is proceeding.

Weather is "marginal, but acceptable" at T-29 minutes.

I think that's the ISS, not the Crew Dragon.

According to Tim Peake on Twitter you will see the ISS followed 5 mins later by Spacex. I saw this via the BBC news website. Screenshot_20200530-200418.jpg
