I read that £2.5m is going to be spent on Old Barn Way. Does this increase chances of Southwick fc going back there

£2.5m(!!!). Where is this money coming from?! (I know really, it’s just disgusting misuse of funds)

You need to be a more responsible user of NSC. That is very emotive language (once again) and I don’t think that your allegation is appropriate unless you can back it up.

‘Misuse and abuse of funds can happen in a number of ways all of which would give rise to regulatory concerns and/or potentially be criminal. It may occur as a result of a lack of oversight and control by trustees. For example, this might involve misuse of funds for other charitable purposes outside the charity’s objects, or misuse of funds for non-charitable purposes.’

Increases the chance of a Southwick football team playing there, bit it won't (as far as I can tell) be either 1882 or AFC or any descendant thereof. My guess is its more likely to be a Russell Martin backed team? Regardless; it's great news.

Sadly our attempts to keep the old Southwick team together (management and players, led by Sammy Donnelly and Tony Gratwicke) failed as I explained last year. We did our best. I am pleased to see the ground area being looked after at last and wish whomever does whatever in the future well. Absolutely no idea what is happening, no involvement any more, won't be in the future, far too busy.
