Well for my uberfan loyalty i have been deducted -20 points from my tally for purchasing Southend and Norwich tickets cheers Paul

It did actually say 10 points when you purchased so that much is true , didn't expect the reduction bit though , Barbar out

In the past, friendlies won't earn loyalty points. Southend isn't too far on the train from here, thinking I might go, 10 points will sway my decision.

Means nothing.

Last season tickets for some EFL cup / trophy game had 'access to the Seven Stars bar included' printed on them.

This was then corrected and withdrawn at a later date.

The club reserves the rights to..... Basically change its mind if it wants to. As any big organisation will in it's T's and C's. Read the small print!

Emailed club and they kindly returned my 10 points , sadly the 10 each points for buying these two games seems to have been a initial site glitch and have not been added to my score .

The points normally are not added until the game has been played if memory serves me. Unless that has changed.
