Strangely the LibDems who up until recently ran the council are very pro-football. The local LibDem MP, Bob Russell, who is against Falmer, is in favour of Colchester's Community Stadium. It will be built on a 100% green field site and will only be accessible by car.
Now work out the logic of that!
