Indeed.

Both sides appeal for every throw in/Goal kick/Corner when they know full well what the correct decision is.
It's ingrained to try and swing the decision their way.

Correct. One thing I’ve noticed since no fans is the amount of double deflection appeals that are often given. You know when a player puts a cross in and it’s blocked but comes back off the crosser. I swear it’s doubled - think it may be because the refs can hear the second noise more / players just appealing more and more as the refs can hear them easier!?

No, but I do hide in the ladies if it gets tense.
I usually stay for a drink with mates after a game.

I’m the same. I hid in the ladies about 3 times last season.
I even got a letter from the club warning me not to.
