Why does it say that [MENTION=14747]redneb[/MENTION] has been banned next to his name? What exactly has he done wrong? I offered a wager for the benefit of REMF and he hasn't got the chance to respond?

Yep 2nd again despite being a better team than the first placed team with a better goal difference. I guess we'll have to accept the conselation prize being.... THE PREM.
Now those of you wanting to a spark up a rivalry kindly f*** OFF. Were in the prem to stay so I can start supporting Albion again as my second team. Its been good the last 3 seasons in the same league. Good luck next season in the NPC.

Congrats to Southampton anyway, they really deserve it and would much rather see them in the Prem than the shit served up by Allardyce at West Ham. See you on our way up next season when you're on your way back down.

Well done on promotion, you deserve it, as the table does not lie over a season.
Can I respectfully suggest you should be out celebrating tonight rather than worrying about what some of the bitters say on here? Most people have said you deserved it, ignore the others.
There is one word we ask people not to use on NSC, replacing a 'U' with a 'V' to circumnavigate that rule makes life harder at mod towers.
I think redneb has not been banned per se, but has had a number of yellow cards/infractions that collectively have triggered a ban.

As I have pointed out, he has not been banned by one mod, but a series of infractions have led to a ban. We only post red cards in the moderating decisions area, not Lewis Dunk style serial yellows.

Maybe yellows and red cards could appear underneath the username? Although I could foresee a scenario where someone has a yellow or two and someone starts goading them to provoke them.

Well done to Reading and Southampton.
Looking at how Saints and The Albion have progressed I do agree that Saints were probably a year ahead of us in already having more of a decent Championship side (apart from Hammond), so should have been fighting for promotion.
Whereas The Albion were mainly a League 1 side and started the season without El-Abd and Elphick followed by that ridiculous run of injuries we sustained in the autumn to Buckley, Hoskins, Lua Lua, Dicker, Painter to name but a few - and not forgetting the elusive Vicente. Plus Gus experimented with Barn Door Billy and Vokes up front and Reyes and Mattock at the back, of whom only the latter has been a success. We won't mention the rather too many suspensions (ahem). Considering the disruption I think we have done very ok and gives us a good platform for next season.
