Did you go to the game on saturday? Our second half performance was great. "Somehow" is a major over reaction to our current dip in form.

Yes I did, and we played OK in the 2nd half but not as well as we did in the Peteboro' game. The reason I said somehow was not just because of our form though, Southampton have got a great home record and I can't see us getting a result

man up, you nonces.

We are the best team in the division with the best home r3ecord and the best away record. If we get beat so what?

the team needs 3000 seagulls fans roaring them on confidently tomorrow night, not a bunch of insecure pansies with hangdog "I told you so, we were always going to get tonked" defeatism

Most clubs would be happy if their losing one game in four represented a run of poor form.

Saints have won their last SIX home matches on the spin....

...as had Peterborough, when the Gus Bus pulled into town...

If we give the lads the same support that we gave them at Charlton and Peterborough, they won't let us down.

You have to look at our record under Gus at these so called "big clubs" with big stadiums yet more importantly big pitches. Now, who does that suit? The pitch at Southampton clearly suits a passing possesion side, like us. We also, inevitably, raise our game away from home due to the fantastic support and sheer joy of playing football away from the Withdean. It will be tough, but we can win, absolutely.

You do not become a bad side overnight and although we've had a bit of a form dip of late this is only to be expected - I'd be happy with a point but can still seeing us winning if we get near to the performance levels at Charlton or Peterborough.

Definitely the biggest game of the season to date. By some way as well.

It'll be a cracker, whatever the score is. It definitely won't be a 0-0, can tell you that much. Just hope our defence holds together a bit better than last couple of weeks.

I'm off to put a bet on 0-0 now!

Oi I'm not Uncle Spielberg!

Haha. I know, but whenever someone makes such a definite claim, it usually backfires!

I'm in the money! Cheers Mellotron
