But Catt is going for an appeal against his failure to get us chucked out of Withdean.

Seemly Those filthy away supporting bastards have been dropping too much litter since the new away stand opened.

Why cannot supporting this club be simple...why are we surrounded by contreversy and court cases.

No doubt using legal aid to pay for it. What an arsehole. How to prats like him get away with wasting so much time and money.

Why not communicate with the club and his concerns regarding litter and come to an agreement rather than wasting more time and money.

Anyone would think he likes hearing about himself and seeing his name in the papers...

Yes he is claiming Legal Aid. Martin Perry questioned his eligibility for Legal Aid, and Catt said although he lives in a 400K house, he lives on a state pension and benefits and therefore has no disposable income.

He's a sad old bastard, can't help thinking that it wouldn't be such a terrible thing if he popped his clogs.

I can't understand how he is allowed to piss public money away on cases he is never going to win.

If he has a 400k house and wishes to press forward with this he should be made to finance it himself and if that means selling his house so be it.

He should not be allowed to waste money on legal aid to finance his personal vendetta against this club

 Everyone has a right to protect their home, even if they don't appear to have much of a case. There are bigger threats to our sanity, security and I wouldn't wish death on someone even if they are a bloody pain in the arse!

Why ? For saying what most people are thinking ? A sad old misery like him will not be missed by many admit it. And as a tax payer I like most others object to our hard earned being wasted on some frivellous action like this.

Right....

Point 1. who are you to say he has no right to challenge a judgement he feels is wrong?

Point 2. The legal system in this country should be available to all. If he or anyone feels they has a valid point of law it shopuld be available to be challenged. That is how law is modified and kept " relevant"

Point 3. To with ill or death on someone does not become you and is quite honsetly pathetic in the extreme.

I am sorry Frank but in this case you are totally out of order.

Well David, why bring the matter up ? I think you're a bit pathetic and a bit of a hypocrit too. Di I wish death on him ? No, I just said his passing wouldn't be such a bad thing. Thats the trouble with pedands.

Fundermental lack of death threats there.

Dave, why don't you look at the merits of what this hopefully soon-dead old wanker is saying, rather than becoming all "Rights Of Man" sanctimonious about it? The old **** is talking shite. He's already been told by a court that he's talking shite. Now he's trying to talk shite again, because it's FREE for him to talk shite. Now, I agree with you that it's GOOD that he has the freedom to talk shite but the fact that my and your taxes are - again - PAYING for him to talk shite is, frankly, very f***ing irritating indeed. Because I'm sure you KNOW that his case is a load of crap and he's just pissed off about people enjoying themselves, like grim old twats sometimes do, sadly. I'll certainly join Frank in wishing him a imminent visit to the mortician's cold slab.
