Will we get new ones in the post?

We're also on the 21st and our amended DD forms arrrived in the post yesterday.

If you can, I would suggest you email them a scanned copy of the direct debit form. They can then print it off, fill it out, sign it and post it back to you.

Cuts out half the postage time at least.
