Can't believe it is happening but I'm returning to the land of cider and cream teas. Finally hit home yesterday when I had a send off from work.

Best part is that the new school I'm teaching at doesn't finish until Friday so I get an extra long summer hols and a longer October half term to make up for them finishing late.

Now that is the problem. Haven't got anywhere yet! Job is in Weston-Super-Mare so in that area but my house here in Cambridgeshire isn't selling. May have to commute from in-laws who live in South Wales - would rather not have to cross the border though.

I have a Seagull supporting mate who lives in Street. And he tells me that, odd as it seems, there is an Albion shirt in the window of a shop around the corner from him - and it's not even a sports shop. Maybe you should move there?

Weston Super Mare is to the West country what Croydon is to the South East.It takes overspill from Bristol's problems.

Still, nice places abound in the west,so welcome from another west country seagull!

I was in Weston on Monday and will be again this evening.

Not the nicest part of Somerset but is definitely moving in the right direction - there's a fab Japanese restaurant for a start.

Myself, and a few other Albion fans, are just up the road too.

Hoping not to live in Weston - have learnt from experience that teaching and living in the same place is not always a great idea - but can't wait to see hills and scenery not flat endless potato fields.

By the seaside in West Somerset
you could always rent a static caravan til your house sells. Better than commuting over the bridge which is wearying
Otherwise loads of lovely places to live within 20/30 minutes of Weston. Would agree DO NOT live there for reasons others and you state
