There were a couple of one off adapted chants that stick in my mind.
One was "linesman, linesman, give us a wave" The linesman was a guy with thalidomide like arms.
and for the visit of Grimsby, "over there, over there, and do they smell, like maaaaackerel"

Does the 'I can't read and I can't write" get chanted any more? That one always cracked me up when we were playing Ipswich.
I do vaguely remember that now. Probably not been sung since early in my watching career going by the date of the murders (having now looked him up). I was only 4 at the time. Most on here won’t have been born then!

The second one was sung at Palace just last Tuesday (north stand) plus Who are ya.
