For the mellow side of piano - I'd suggest 'Easy' by The Commodores.

I'm going to mention this song and therefore run it down before anyone does it. Some tone-deaf wag would, I'm guessing, suggest the most irritating song in the world soon - 'Bohemian Crapsody'...
