Songs that bring a tear

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
I was just about to say that.

Played at my Grandads funeral a couple of weeks ago and I just aout made it to the second to last line before I had to give up!

Sorry to hear about your Grandad. It is a belting funeral tune.

A chap at my school was runover in '94 coming back from the pub to celebrate a friends 18th. He was exceedingly popular. They had a memorial service for him in Lancing Chapel. A lot of the choir were in his year, his family and friends were all sat at the front. Floods of tears.

Moving stuff.

'The Winner Takes It All', Abba.

Brilliant song: great tune, but really sad lyrics.

Gets me every time.

Me too - when she gets to that line "I'll just say .. " sounds like she's really cracking up, and when you hear what was going on in the band with relationships you can see why!

Travie McCoy - Billionaire

it brings a tear to my eye, because the artist is not satisfied with his current earnings. Greedy f***ing pig, I swear if I ever come across that prick, it'll be a penis to rectum situation

Ah Jerusalem, I'm another one who finds it difficult to get all of the words out, as you say it is usually at funerals but a very wonderful song and I believe the lyrics were composed by William Blake in Sussex?
