Someone PLEASE help me, season tkt DD

Hi All

I'm just looking for some reassurance !

last season the club failed to take one single payment of my season tkt by DD, for whatever reason they f**ked it right up.

Obviously for next season the tkt has automatically renewed and to my surprise the first DD's have gone out without a problem.

When I checked the payment reference number it shows as 00013280, now I would have though this might related to my fan number which would make sense right

Can anyone else paying by DD tell me if there DD ref is their fan number or same as above ?

I just concerned as if the club don't associate payments from my account with my season tkt they may think I have not renewed ! unfortunately the ticket office is closed today until Tuesday when I go on holiday.

A bit of helpful advice might ease my panic.

The DD reference on mine is completely different from my fan number, so I wouldn't worry.

the DD reference on my bank account is NOT the same as my st/fan number. hope that helps
