Some observations from today (warning: contains moaning, funnily enough)

High up in East block so admittedly I couldn't see much!

Don't get me wrong, yesterday was up there with worse games I have ever seen at Withdean and had two kids with me who by the end were bored shitless. Just trying to take a few positives out of the game!

My first game this season. I think clearly McCleod isn't match fit but seems to be a decent signing. Orient had a lot more movement and pace and this to me showed up Adam as he is not a centre midfielder. Livermore has a good track record there and was crap outside so he maybe the better option. Murray holds it up well and showed his class by setting up Forster at the end and generally Forsters movement was the best on show for us.
The most encouraging part for me is that Michel seemed back to his best and I felt this could be down to playing under a manager who knows how to create a defensive unit that suits him. Shame his distribution, which is important, remains the pits.

That explains why.Murray was awfull first half but a bit better second half.I was in J block in the south.I got a pretty good view on Murray's first half performance.
