Look at the PERFUNCTORY nature of the handshake Sean Dyche offers Nige.

In the circumstances you'd have expected a five second grip / other hand on the shoulder, bad luck mate kind of a shake.

But no. Clearly Dyche is in the 'Adkins is a tosspot' camp.
