This is the first time I’ve seen Hudson Odoi start a match and I’d say he looks like he has a lot of talent and pace. The final ball isn’t always right, which is fair enough at his age, but he clearly has something. My question would not be whether he deserves to play for England or not but how the hell a very mediocre Chelsea have not given him a single start all year? Their attack, Hazard apart, is lethargic. He looks exactly what they need.

5live said because Hazard, Willian and Pedro are all way ahead of him. From what I’ve seen of Chelsea this season, they’re all still class players. Chelsea failings lie elsewhere, for example a lack of an outstanding centre forward, Kante played in the wrong position and Jorginho has been found out in some big games.

My Chelsea supporting mate reckons Sarri doesn't like Hudson-Odoi for some reason. My mate uis also worried Hudson-Odoi will get an offer he can't refuse and leave. Got no idea if this is true.
