I doubt thats the case, there's no way he would have brought Pogba back, he and many others are mercenaries, not Fergie signings and there's no way in a million years Jose would have had to have his signings ok'd by Fergie

Would that be the Jose who's appointment had to be sanctioned by Ferguson, or are you talking about a different Jose?

Micah’s improved a lot.

His punditry used to consist solely of giggling and ‘hilarious” anecdotes’ on how lazy he was at training.

Now he’s talking football and imho he’s a decent analyst.

Quite how he ended up being listed as one of the ten greatest full backs the Premier League has ever seen in Match Of the Day Top 10, was baffling in the extreme though. I think even he was embarrassed at his inclusion!

I only caught the end of that programme, hadn't realised what you've revealed. That's just silly by MOTD.

He was a promising RB with immense pace, so often caught out positionally, who didn't make the best of his career opportunities. He's admitted the last point on many occasions.

One can only hope. The division needs several teams that can rival citeh. We have Chelski and Liverpool, but that's not enough.

OGS was never a mid or long term intention in my view.

Maureen had made ManUre a miserable place (good, obviously) and they needed a ManUre name to steady it. We all knew it would go tits up but the fact that he had a few decent runs prolonged the fun.

Ah, the official line was that there was a transatlantic zoom call between the Glazer who's plaything it is and the chief executive. You could well be right as by the sounds of things Ole has lost the dressing room.

Red Cafe buzzing with speculation today, multiple binfests . scrolled through a couple of dozen recent posts and found this one.....

"If they sack Ole

They have to sack Mckenna, Carrick and Phelan (all extended their contract 1 week ago till 2024)

Mckenna, Carrick and Phelan Have the biggest responsibility

Ole doesn’t know nothing about tactics and coaching, they did all that (terrible) job"

As I recall Ole had his contract extended only a short while back too, this is going to make Bruce's £8m look like chicken feed !

This info came from someone who lives in NYC

Hasn’t been announced yet though has it? Maybe I’ve been given duff info
