So where has it ever been said that it is a mental problem. Talk about spreading Football Rumours.:ffsparr:
Not spreading rumours as a number of back problems are difficult to isolate and the pain could be more in the head than the back. This is generally the case not just footballers. A back specialist will identify any back problem that are present.

Didnt we witness this with Vicente?

Brighton / Hove actually
No agenda at all. You said you'd EAT your PANTS if Saints were interested. That suggests you feel it unlikely, no?

You don't have to get all capital letters with me buddy. It's still not what I said is it.

My actual unadultrated comment was;

I'd eat my pants if Southampton wanted him at this stage of his career.

I am surprised that a moderator would even bother to get involved in the thumbs down function, but you are a bit different to the others aren't you.

All this angst followed with a snide personal attack and all because someone gave you a thumbs down. It's all a bit histrionic, isn't it?

.

It's nothing more thatn a simple way of registering agreement or disagreement with a post. Nothing more or less. Its certainly nothing personal.

You're still wrong.

I don't think anyone thought your comments were adult rated. They'd have been asterisked otherwise surely?

As I recall, several Premiership clubs were interested in signing Solly before he joined us from Lewes so it wouldn't be a big surprise if Saints were now interested, especially given the rate of progress he has shown in graduating to our first team.

A thumbs down doesn't say anything. This forum is meant for debate and opinions, it's not the XFactor.

I'm very sorry. Next time you post something wrong, I'll take the trouble to spell it out!

I think Hans can look after himself without you piping up.
It was more a general comment rather than sticking up for anyone in particular but you seem to have very strong views on who should be in this thread and what they can and cannot do so I'll leave it here.

But you categorically said that they thought that Solly's problems were mental, all in his head. This has never been reported, it is something you have made up.
It is very demeaning to a young up and coming footballer.
I have never read Football Rumours, I'll leave that to you, but you shouldnt make false accusations like that.
I know Solly and his parents, I was chatting to his dad on the train back on Saturday. I hope they dont read NSC.

Did I read he was seeing a back specialist today but the thought is that it is a mental rather than medical problem?
Where is the catergoriic statement? I simply asked a question as it is widely acknowledged that a lot of back pains are in the mind. whenever there is a slight twinge. There was no slight or accusation against Solly at all and nothing to upset him or his family.
