Thought he was brilliant today, worked extremely hard up and down the line, tracked back well against Burke several times. One of the contenders for my man of the match.

It wasn't a justification on my part, it was an explanation. That's the first time I've seen him do it, so I don't think there's any need to go OTT on him.
