To be fair, March did play well in those positions.De Zerbi is the only Albion manager that I have seen clearly improves players. Under Potter March played RW LW LWB and even LB. Mitoma was also played RW and many times left out.

Is he going to be out after Christmas? Was I right in thinking that i heard March saying RDZ has set a target of 15 goals this season?
Sounded ridiculous when I heard it.
He was there todayIs thewaistcoatwanker being replaced then?
Noises are that he left after 30 mins, muttering “I could've sworn Conor Coady played for Wolves…”He was there today
You need to be fair here,... his end product has always been 'iffy'..... he was just starting to improve under Potter I think it was and he got crocked, he came back slower and seemingly reluctant to take anyone on, always just stopping and passing backwards or sideways.... BUT.... RDZ seems to have got him playing to his strengths, he does still have bursts of speed and an eye for goal.... long may it continue. On the odd occasion when I get chatting to opposing fans on the way to, away from a game, whenever the topic of Solly March comes up, they invariably sing his praises and compliment us on him.
No idea why he was ever a Marmite player for us.
Agreed, as I posted similar on the match day thread at HT but ended up looking a mug. Very happy to do so as wellIn all honesty his first half was poor, didn't look confident at all
I heard he was there to watch Dawson.Noises are that he left after 30 mins, muttering “I could've sworn Conor Coady played for Wolves…”

I have said this countless times before. You need to be fair here,... his end product has always been 'iffy'..... he was just starting to improve under Potter I think it was and he got crocked, he came back slower and seemingly reluctant to take anyone on, always just stopping and passing backwards or sideways.... Interesting to see that Southgate was in attendance yesterday and his thoughts but i simply can't see Solly taking his club form to the England set-up as clearly two different styles of play. I just think that Southgate would stifle him ?
Yes with seriously world class players. Solly is good but not that good !!England are so stacked in that position I just can’t see it
He's rubbish, should fit right in.I heard he was there to watch Dawson.
Who plays on the right for England?Yes with seriously world class players. Solly is good but not that good !!
Yes. His goals yesterday were because he had more desire to get in the box than the Wolves defender had to get back. Interestingly they were more the type of goals you would expect to see from an out and out striker rather than a cut inside sort of winger10 goals from 7.1xG is some turnaround from the pre-RDZ era!
As much as his finishing has improved, it's his movement that's got him a lot of those goals - spotting an opportunity and then busting a gut to arrive in the area at just the right time to get on the end of a slide-rule pass or cross. I can think of about 5 or 6 along those lines off the top of my head this year.
