Socks and sandals

The only time I have used the socks and sandals combo is when camping and it is cold and or wet.
Have to admit that whilst it looks horrendous it feels bloody marvellous!!

Something probably worse than S&S (God, that sounds a bit deviant!) are the brown shoes and black socks brigade complemented by hideous shorts. Or, if you are of a certain age, the very bright, very white cheap trainers that are worn to accompany any item of clothing not suitable to go with trainers.
