In preparation for Soccer Aid, actor Bobby Brazier said he went through a number of “tough sessions” with his ex-footballer father Jeff Brazier.
The EastEnders star, 21, is taking part in the match at Chelsea FC’s Stamford Bridge ground raising funds for children’s charity Unicef.
“I think my dad is even more excited than I am,” Brazier said.
“He’s on me to get training and get into peak fitness for the match. We went to the gym recently and he put me through a tough session. He's drilled into me the importance of the game, I've got the responsibility of 65 million on my shoulders, it's not lost on me. We are all desperate to put one over on the Rest of the World.

“My dad is a good footballer, he always coached my teams growing up and we always developed as a team. I will definitely utilise training with him.
“He’ll be in the stands on the day and wouldn’t miss it for the world, he said it will be one of the proudest momenta of his life watching me represent England. I think he’s living through me when it comes to Soccer Aid for Unicef.”
He added: “My moves on Strictly are a little different to my moves on the football pitch.
Among the teams taking part in the charity match are I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner Sam Thompson, former England footballer Jill Scott, TV presenter Paddy McGuinness, Dragons’ Den star Steven Bartlett and Olympian Sir Mo Farah.
Olympic runner Usain Bolt, comedian Maisie Adam, radio presenter Roman Kemp, comedian Lee Mack and Love Island star Tommy Fury are also taking part.
Soccer Aid co-founder Robbie Williams is part of the management team this year, and Soccer Aid legend Jonathan Wilkes will take up a player-coach role in a bid to reverse Englands 5 year losing streak.

I saw ITV News from England training yesterday early evening and we looked extremely focused, how having a trio of coaches instead of one head coach is one of my biggest concerns but if we lose it won't be for a lack of preparation.

Christ, I’ve just turned over to this, to see Robbie Williams conjuring his inner pensioner and people I don’t know raising a trophy like it was the Jules Rimet.
But also that £15 million was raised for UNICEF.
If that feeds a few children and babies I’m all for it frankly. It’s not like the collective despots, fascists and war mongers who want to rule our world today are going to.
