Very much this, Bloom has already stated he wants a top 2 finish next season and the wages available will be significant with the release of 4 senior pros in Calderon, Greer, Crofts and Zamora.

Apart from the release clause of 20 million euro!
Cordoba gave him a new contract in january this year, giving him 10 times his wages and that doubles if they are promoted, I dont think they will be letting him go cheaply somehow
