12 goals for Bournemouth ?last season isn't a hatful exactly

And for previous seasons? And how many games did he play last season? And are B'muff providing him with godd service? And better than ANY of our current strikers anyway!

Haven't Donny had a bid of 200K accepted last week for James GAYter??

200k, you're 'avin a GIRAFFE

One thing I will say is at least this summer we are making bids for players early. Unlike the last couple of close seasons when we have made lots of bids at the last minute.

Whoever it is, having seen DK's interview, he is trying to be realistic in that it is one thing having a bid accepted and another thing for the player to sign.

we are very low down the pecking order and you can bet that most agents will play clubs off against each other for as long as possible.

Anyone decent we get before pre season starts will be a huge bonus.

I have to agree with that... credit where credit is due... mind you, the last couple of close seasons the club has been disgustingly slow in the transfer market... and paid the price...

Not that low in the l1 pecking order, IMHO... there are many, many clubs with no money in l1 and 2... we have to stop overstating the poverty case, again IMHO...

Completely agree B.W.

We completely underestimate what a good place Brighton is to come and play.

Withdean isn't that much worse than other grounds in League's 1 & 2 and ok, so the wages may be an issue, but how many clubs in these leagues are going to be able to pay sky-high wages for a player in this league?

Again, the Falmer decision will surely come into play on this. Anyway, not much point in getting worked up about it at the moment, the transfer window won't re-open until 1st July.

Way out west
Sign James Hayter and French player called Palais and we would have the perfect strike combination.
