Fair play, for me it was a 15 min walk to Aldrington, train to Worthing and 5 min walk at other end. If the possible snow comes in I may leave early.

Car stuck just off Southover, walked to the train station bought ticket to Burgess Hill, waited for (delayed) train, got on train, waited while the doors were defrosted, got off when told they weren't stopping at unmanned stations, waited for next train which was delayed as well, asked by WH Smith to pay 60p for rizlas, got pissed off, got refund for ticket, walked home took some photos otherwise a waste of time (2 hours+) apart from a slight bit of guilt assuaging that I did make an attempt.
Will try earlier train tomorrow.

Didn't bother setting my alarm today.

Just got up and looked on the buses website and theirs no buses to Hollingbury (5's stopping at Preston Circus and no 24's) also texted a couple of work colleges who don't use public transport and they haven't gone in, so looks like i made the right choice this morning.

Tried, failed. Van has succumbed to the cold (it IS French) and the ABS has failed; and I'm not willing to use my own car to drive ~500km in this weather even if it would mean getting mileage for it.

No, I don't live near Brighton, I'm located in Leighton Buzzard which is about 25 minutes away from Milton Keynes. Which is why as you can see there's no point in supporting a local team. MK Dons Luton lol
