I had lunch with someone who works very closely with Tony Bloom a while back (I also heard about a few buildings in London that Tony owns, wow!) and he seemed to think Tony was very happy with Gus and would only really consider a change of manager if the team was under performing and we found ourselves in the wrong end of the table. Tony is very strategic so would not make a snap decision for an overhaul of management, especially as a lot of the signings made are 'Gus' signings.
