Something innocent. If it wasn't, it would doubtless be conducted behind closed doors and we fans wouldn't know a thing about it until it was a done deal. IMHO, like.

Brighton factually.....
Must be potential investors and that would be a very good thing :)

They won't invest they will take over, and before you know it we will be playing in Red.....

Not necessarily as a good stake may go well for them in the premiership....Maybe 30%?
Does fatboy slim still hold shares?

Very interesting tweet and picture from Johnny Cantor which is worth a second look.

Appears to show the mighty TB showing some Asian people round the Amex before yesterday's game. Now what could be going on there I wonder?

I would bet on them being clients of his (heavily Asia-focused) betting company being treated to some BHA corporate entertainment, nothing more.

It could just be Chinese Super League administrators, specifically those running Shanghai Shenhua, on a fact finding mission to England about supposed glass ceilings in English football.

They came to negotiate the price of the pitch next to the new Mexican food outlet, slightly more expensive because it is nearer the station and nearer the bandstand.

Sorry = didn't realise there was already a thread. Please merge Mods if possible.

Actually, it looked like your thread might be more sensible! Oh, well!

I understand they had a finance meeting with our very own El Pres, and he took them to a strip club.

Were they definitely Chinese? Could they have been Japanese, who wanted to visit the stadium where they played so well in the world cup?

Tony Bloom cannot finance Club if we are to succeed in PL.
Make sense to sell part stake to fund Hotel and Player recruitment.
OR are they investing in the housing development/Ikea build by the training ground?

Apparently their leader is interested in buying three quarters of the Amex and changing things around a bit.

His first order apparently is for the North Stand to be his main and the east and west to be sides.

I'll get my coat

It's a shame you bothered to take it off in the first place frankly . . .
