Currently, Brighton is a very fun to watch club and Brighton's football keeps giving me a joy every week.

Japanese is my first language, and I often read articles that Japanese football media write and issue. Brighton is big among Japanese football fans and a lot of Japanese football media are writing articles about Brighton. I often read "Mac Allister is likely to leave this summer" and "Caicedo is likely to leave this summer". Some media even say "RDZ and Mitoma might leave this summer". I want all to stay in Brighton. I don't often read articles written in English, so I don't know who is actually likely to leave this summer.

Absolutely no idea. Sure players and managers might earn more cash. Extremely unlikely they’d work in a better structure. If this entire squad and coaching staff stuck around they just might win the f***ing PL.

My head thinks they will be swayed by antiquated ideas of what a "big club" is, and the lucre of more money.

I fear even just losing one may make all dominoes fall - I really believe in RDZ and his passion and hope he can keep it all together. I'd be heartbroken if he left

Depends what the players want. If they want guaranteed Champions League football then they can only really go to Man City in England as the other "big" clubs are not what they were. But would they get in the team? So that leaves Europe, so would they get in the team for Bayern or Real or the like?
If they want TONS of money (as they are getting paid handsomely by us) and are not that bothered about playing regularly then they could go anywhere.
If they want regular first team football with one of the best run and progressive clubs in the world then they will stay.
As for RDZ, he is not going to find a better run club with such a supportive and patient board than this one.
The one thing that shines through at the moment is that they all appear very happy where they are. I am hoping that we will be surprised by who stays in the summer.

This team if all stayed together then we could be in the Champions League top 4/5 next season. Ferguson next year will be even better and will likely be scoring a lot more goals. The talent in this team has huge potential. It's not certain the names on that list would have the same success at a Man Utd or Arsenal, they might not even get into the first eleven. I'd hope they would stay at least one more season.

Little point in raising £200m in contract fees as the club will not spend silly money on players under its own sustainability practices (which I fully agree with). The best news this summer will be Mitoma signing a new contract and the players they have solidly committed.

I think if Mac went we would be fine with Enciso doing his stuff now. The product is greater than the sum.

C: Players want a lot of playing time.

In recent years, English Premier League is dominant and surely bigger than Europa League. So, B (=Players want to play in bigger leagues) might not be a big problem for Brighton to keep their best players and RDZ (winning 4th place to play in Champions League is surely helping us to keep our best players and RDZ, though). Brighton can offer their best players (and manager) B and C. Only A (=Players want to earn more) might be the biggest problem.

Call me naive but if truly think that if we make it to Europe, especially if we do it via the FA Cup then we wont part with anyone we don't want to. The money seems to be there for a reasonable increase in some wages, we have the contracts and most importantly we have the club (in this scenario) with silverware and in Europe.

Speaking of Mitoma,

I do think Mitoma is happy to keep playing for Brighton as long as RDZ staying in Brighton. I also want Mitoma to keep playing for Brighton till 32 years old (I guess he'll be good enough for Brighton for 7 more seasons). However, Japan is not a very big football country like Argentina and Brazil are. I mean, if Japan were a very big football country and a lot of Japanese were playing for mega clubs like Manchester U, Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, etc already, Japanese football media wouldn't insist Mitoma should move to a "bigger club". I guess they want to see Mitoma wearing a shirt of a mega club because we rarely see it happen (it = a Japanese footballer playing for an European top club).

I want Mitoma to play in the best league. EPL is the very best league or the second best league after UEFA Champions League. Brighton is in the best league = EPL. Plus, seeing thrifty beautiful clubs like Brighton defeating extravagant filthy clubs like Chelsea is very fun. So, for me, Mitoma playing for Brighton and Brighton with Mitoma defeating clubs like Chelsea and Man C is the very best. So, I want Mitoma to keep playing for Brighton. One thing to add is, I want to see Brighton playing in Champions League!

I think Mac Allister will go, he's been with us a few years now and probably at peak value (for us) considering his contract and age.

If we make Europa League, I think we have a good chance of keeping Mitoma for one more year. I have a feeling we might actually keep Caicedo too.

Would be very surprised if RDZ goes anywhere this year. He seems happy.

Keep the band together (and add a few such as left back cover) + RDZ pre season and top 4 will be in the mix.
I don’t see the club agreeing to sell Mac and Moises in one window unless the offers are ridiculous
