I think we are drawing our own conclusions with Burke and also Barber, Barber has put us in an incredibly strong position financially. Burke only get criticised for the signings that don't work and no acknowledgement for the ones that do - it needs to be a fair assessment. Its as though these guys have a no win situation, they are written off - Burke could play a role in signing Messi and he would still get no credit.

Hyypia is the issue, Garcia proved that you can work in this structure, but that wasn't the right fit. Also Poyet proved it could work before he started playing silly buggers.

Can anyone also 100% say what Jones brings? Poor sod is clearly passionate (some on that basis want Calde to be player manager alone) but Jones continually gets hammered left right and centre but can anyone say what he doesn't do that he is meant too? No These are scapegoats for the inefficiencies of the manager.

Lets get on with getting behind the team, lets not make ourselves, the supporters, a partial reason for the team continuing this run of poor form. Simply the manager needs changing, Mr Bloom is the person who needs to act. Support Sami until he is gone, he cannot hold on much longer.

He is Assistant Manager and one would imagine that role includes some coaching of the first team on a daily basis?

We are absolutely shite, look unfit and disinterested a lot of the time. Set pieces are worse than 'Junior School' teams serve up.

On that basis he deserves a lot of the grief he's getting on here.

Standing on the sideline clapping and waving his arms about is not enough to get their team back into the game when behind and makes him look as hopeless as the team he's coaching.

A clean sweep is needed and quickly.
