So what's the likely timetable WHEN Falmer is APPROVED?

Assuming LDC aren't going to just go away, do we start putting in place guestimates (or rather gathering quotes) or is this already done and can they delay us from forging ahead with the fine detail and money raising?

What I really want to know I guess is when do earthmovers start digging, be it for the infrastruture or the stadium itself.

I want to get pissed in the Swan the day it happens

At least another year before work can be carried out i'm affraid.It will be a case of putting the funds.loans etc into place first.Then another one or two years for the ground to be bulit.Probably nearer two

I was rather hoping that our opening match would be a gala extravaganza with juggling chimpanzees, fire eating (nude) cheerleaders, free Tequila, Katherine Jenkins (adopted for the day) belting out Sussex-by-the-Sea, face painting, balloon tweaking clowns, men on stilts, women on pogo sticks and special guest appearances from the likes of Michael Jackson, Bobby Davro, Engleburt Humperdink and Julio Iglesias. Not some run of the mill league game against Hartlepool United.

I thought legally you have to allow 6 months to send them out and then 6 months to pick which ever one will do it....

The entrance fee being that everybody must bring a goat and tether it to each garden gate with a rope or chain that is 50ft long at least.

when we get falmer he will not be the landlord, he will sell up and the pub will more likely turn over to a chain pub who will realise how much money is to be made on matchdays.
