I'm in the National sports centre at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff watching my eldest daughter compete for Wales against Scotland in acro gymnastics.

As you do.

If you're at a loose end then Whitehawk could do with a bit of support in their relegation battle. Final home game of the season against Poole.

Good game of walking football this morning; boring walk around Tregothnan open garden this afternoon; avoiding weeding later.

Breakfast/lunch at Lange Lees (best cafe in Brighton) with youngest, thought about trying Resident Records for Record Store Day but changed mind when we saw the queues and then a nice walk through town.

Roast Lamb lunch for a change, all the trimmimgs. Now a couple of beers before the FA semi Final.

Nice to get a Saturday off from refereeing, two games to go then rest up for a couple of months. Then pre season and off we go again......
