fair play to you though. You clearly weren't aware of his recent past. He is a former player so could be ITK. However, given we are a club of some moral high standing I doubt he would be on the inside on anything we do. He may have connections however.
But I would say his integrity is questionable.
Seeing everyone around us signing strikers is very frustrating.
Villa- Watkins and possibly King.
Palace- Batshuayi
Leeds- Rodrigo
Wilson- Newcastle
Burke and likely Brewster- Sheffield United
Now I know we haven't got the weakest squad however we've known for a good while now that a striker is a priority and letting Murray go out on loan makes it all feel a little more uneasy.

Brewster is not at Sheff Utd yet. Wouldn't throw up the white flag, but agree with the sentiment.
All the others have made it happen, and are all stronger offensively.
We have stood still so far.

I don’t always agree with you, but at present we have gone backwards as others have strengthened their forward lines and we haven’t. So on a comparison basis, we have moved backwards.
Burke? Really? Also Brewster deal is far from over yet... yore wrong to assume we’ve lost that one.
I get your sentiment, but there’s not much quality there. The only one that is a slight gripe for me is Watkins. But I back the club to make the right call on that.
However, one thing I do agree with folk on is that we should have kept Murray until we had a replacement.

Sadly looking increasingly likely that the club are prepared to write September off, then play catch-up. A bit like how last season we were often prepared to concede the first half then play catch-up in the second half. Shocking levels of complacent over-confidence if that's the case.
Law of averages suggests one will hit the ground running.
Maupay poops on all of them, so it's hardly surprising the club's standards are quite high.
