I am just amazed that we, meaning mankind not NSC, were able to send something all that way and then receive pictures like this back. Really looking forward to following the mission over the coming year or so.

I think this is what is known as an area of outstanding natural beauty, we won't be allowed to build anything there.

Highly trained people have the responsibility of moving curiousity. Since there is a 15 min delay between Earth and Mars they need to plan the journey very very carefully. I would not want to be the one that gets it stuck or even worse topples it. The whole curiousity programme could be ended in 15 mins.

I wonder if curiousity has hydraulic jacks, should it topple?

They should have a word with some UK train companies, they're used to dealing with 15 minute delays.

Have you noticed how the 'A's in the Nasa badge look like pyramids and the tyre tracks have drawn an eye in the sand? This picture is absolutely DRIPPING in Illuminati imagery.

It is actualy the previous mission and these pictures were released by NASA in July this year. Nothing to do with Curiosity

Yes, that is correct. Nothing to do with Curiosity.

Incredible that these images can be sent back from apx 150 million miles away.
